修改及修補訂單的退貨及退款
訂單可以在下單後24小時內取消以獲得全額退款。過了這個期限,可能不接受取消。退款僅會發放給尚未處理的訂單。一旦開始工作,將不提供退款。由於修改的個性化特性,我們通常不提供退款或換貨。如果您的訂單有任何問題,請在指定的時間內聯繫我們的客服團隊,我們將竭盡所能尋找解決方案。
責任
HKOT對於在修理或修改過程中造成的物品損壞不承擔責任,除非是由於我們的疏忽。我們建議客戶在寄送貴重物品進行修理或修改之前投保。
保養

商品產品訂單的退貨及退款
您有權在30天內取消訂單,而無需提供任何理由。
取消訂單的截止日期為您收到貨物之日起30天,或您指定的第三方(非承運人)接收所交付產品的日期。
為了行使您的取消權,您必須以明確的聲明通知我們您的決定。

我們將在收到退回商品之日起不超過30天內進行退款。我們將使用您下訂單時所用的相同付款方式,您不會因此產生任何手續費。
退貨條件

以下商品無法退貨:
- 根據您的規格或個性化的商品。
- 根據其性質不適合退貨的商品,例如迅速變質的商品或過期的商品。

- 根據其性質,在交付後與其他物品不可分割地混合的商品。

退貨商品

禮品
如果商品在購買時標記為禮品並直接寄送給您,您將獲得相當於退貨價值的禮品信用。一旦收到退回的產品,將會郵寄給您一張禮品證書。
如果商品在購買時未標記為禮品,或禮品贈送者將訂單寄送給自己以便稍後轉交給您,我們將把退款發送給禮品贈送者。

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Repair and Alteration Order
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds will only be issued for orders that have not yet been processed. Once work has begun, no refunds will be provided. Due to the personalized nature of alterations, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe, and we will do our best to find a solution.
Liability
HKOT is not liable for any damage to items during the repair or alteration process unless caused by our negligence. We recommend that customers insure valuable items before sending them for repair or alteration.
Guarantees
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. For the majority of alterations and repairs, unless otherwise stated at the time of order, we offer a 3-month guarantee on our workmanship from the date of collection or delivery. If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of our work, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will make it right according to our policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Mechanize Products Order
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
