We offer a wide range of alterations, including but not limited to bag zips and straps repair, shoes sole replacement, curtain trim, sports gear fabric repair, tailor-made luggage covers, hemming pants and skirts, taking in or letting out garments, adjusting sleeves and collars, shortening or lengthening dresses, suits and blazers alterations, and repairing zippers and seams.

2. Pricing and Payment

At HKOT, we strive to provide transparent and consistent pricing for our bag and shoe repairs, as well as clothing alterations. While we offer flat rates for our services, please note that prices may vary based on several factors, including material costs, craftsmanship complexity, item size and weight, and custom requests. Specialty materials may incur additional charges, and more intricate repairs may cost more due to the skill and time required. Larger or heavier items may have extra transportation fees, and specific modifications or custom requests may affect pricing. We will confirm the price after we receive the order and pictures of the items. Payment must be made after the repair or alteration is completed. We will provide an invoice detailing the final charges based on the factors mentioned above. We accept various payment methods, including cash, PayMe, and FPS.

3. Additional Courier Charges

For deliveries to remote areas, additional courier charges may apply. The exact amount will be communicated to you upon confirmation of your order and delivery location.

4. Order Process

Customers can place orders online through our website. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Our customer service team will connect with you via email or WhatsApp to discuss the method, date, and time for picking up your item(s). You will need to send us images of the garments, along with measurements and instructions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to item availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

5. Pick-Up and Delivery

We offer pick-up and delivery services for your convenience, including Point-to-Point, Door-to-Door service, and courier postage. Prices vary depending on the chosen delivery method and location. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are ready for pick-up at the agreed time. After completing the alterations or repairs, we will contact you to arrange the delivery method, date, and time. For Point-to-Point or Door-to-Door delivery, payment is due when we return the items to you. For courier delivery, we will send you photos or a video of the finished items, and payment must be completed before we dispatch the courier package.

6. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 days from the date the garment is picked up. If materials need to be ordered, extra time will be necessary for both ordering and repairs. We will reach out to you within this timeframe to coordinate the collection. If you have urgent requests, we offer a rush service for an additional fee. Please contact us to inquire about the current turnaround times for specific items.

7. Order Tracking

You can track your order status! If you would like to know the current status of your alterations, please feel free to contact our customer service team. We are here to assist you and provide updates on your order.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds will only be issued for orders that have not yet been processed. Once work has begun, no refunds will be provided. Due to the personalized nature of alterations, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within the specified timeframe, and we will do our best to find a solution.

9. Liability

HKOT is not liable for any damage to items during the repair or alteration process unless caused by our negligence. We recommend that customers insure valuable items before sending them for repair or alteration.

10. Guarantees

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. For the majority of alterations and repairs, unless otherwise stated at the time of order, we offer a 3-month guarantee on our workmanship from the date of collection or delivery. If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of our work, please reach out to our customer service team, and we will make it right according to our policy.

11. Sizing for Alterations

You have several options for selecting the size or measurements for your alterations. You can measure yourself using our guide video or by contacting our customer service team. Alternatively, you can bring one of your fitted garments for reference when seeking alterations. We also provide in-person fitting services. If you're unsure about how to measure or choose the right size, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

12. Alterations for Garments from Other Stores

We can alter garments purchased from any retailer, as long as they are in good condition for alteration. Please contact our customer service team if you have any specific requirements for the item.

13. Intellectual Property

14. Governing Law
