  6. For Point-to-Point or Door-to-Door delivery, payment is due when we return the items to you. For courier delivery, we will send you photos or a video of the finished items, and payment must be completed before we dispatch the courier package.

Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 days from the date the garment is picked up. If materials need to be ordered, extra time will be necessary for both ordering and repairs.
